MailChimp mailing list may be suspended due to account deactivation.
The most common reasons for deactivating your MailChimp account are:
- violated the terms of the agreement;
-Lack of links for unsubscribing from the newsletter;
- a large number of unsubscribes from the newsletter;
user complaints about the newsletter.
In Mailchimp on the account page, you will find information on why your account was disabled.
In most cases, MailChimp sends a warning before suspending an account, the instructions for activating an account are written in the same letter.
If you did not find such a letter in your mail, contact MailChimp through the feedback form.
You can also always create a new MailChimp account for another mail and connect it to Bnovo Mail by changing the account information for mailings.
After activating your account, you need to start mailing in Bnovo PMS, having unchecked mailings.
