How to connect and set Booking.com
To connect OTA (Online Travel Agency) Booking.com
to Bnovo Channel Manager please, follow these easy steps:
  1. Go to the Booking.com Extranet and click on the Account icon in the top-right corner.
  2. Select Connectivity provider from the drop-down menu.
If you are currently connected to another Channel Manager, click on Switch to a new Channel Manager
to change your preferred provider

Now click on the "Search" button.
On the same page, search for 1169 (or Bnovo) and choose it. Select "Rates and Availability", "Reservations", "Content and photos" features to integrate with your Channel Manager.

Accept the XML Service Agreement.
Here, click "Save" without any changes to automatically connect to the provider.
After the provider confirms the setting, you'll receive a new notification on your "Inbox" tab. Refresh the page, your connection with the provider becomes live, and the status changes to "Active".
Now go to Bnovo PMS and click on the Tools. Select Online Sales from the drop-down menu.
Here, click on the "Add sales channel" and choose Booking.com. Enter your Booking.com ID and click "Connect".
You can find your Booking.com hotel ID in the upper left corner where the property name is.
Now you will see the new page where you should make a comparison. Please, match the Room types from the Booking.com side with a Room types that you created in the Bnovo PMS. The same should be done for the Rate plans.
Well done! OTA Booking.com is now connected to Bnovo PMS.

Don't forget to check your rates, availability and restrictions on the Booking.com side in 10 minutes. Just to be sure.

You can set up these Restrictions to your rooms and rates:

- Minimum length of stay
- Maximum length of stay
- Closed on arrival
- Closed on departure
- Open for sales
- Closed for sales
