Sections in Housekeeping module:
In Task section you may create task for staff or for yourself.
In Location section you may choose the room for cleaning.
In Checklist section you may create or edit checklists which can be added to tasks.
In Staff section you may create group or user or even a QR code for each employee.
In Dashboard section you may check the general statistic of your tasks and room statuses.
In Reports section you may export that statistics in Excel.
In Settings section you may check and change your settings for the module.
In Support section you may submit a feedback report about module operations.
Group or user creation
If you want to add a new user or a group go to Staff section first. Click on the relevant buttons. You also can print a QR code here for the quick log in.
How to create a new user

What can see:
In the Tasks section
All tasks where his group, another employee from his group, or himself is the executor or creator.
NEW tasks to his group unassigned, where he is the executor or creator.

In the Staff section
Sees All Groups
Sees All Employees

What can do with the task:
Creation: for any service and staff member
Change status: if he is the creator or executor, or a task for his group without an executor
Edition: all fields in tasks created by him
Reassignment: only tasks where he is an executor to any employee of any group.
What can see:
In the Tasks section
All tasks

In the Staff section
Sees All Groups
Sees All Employees

What can do with the task:
Creation: for any staff member
Change status: all tasks
Edition: all fields in tasks
Reassignment: all tasks


What can see:
In the Tasks section
All tasks where one of his staff members is the executor or creator of the task or his group is the executor and the task is not assigned to anyone

In the Staff section
Sees All Groups
Sees All Employees

What can do with the task:
Create tasks for any employee and group
Edit any task where the employee of his group is the creator or executor or his group is the executor (change status, deadlines etc)

Edit staff info (change fields, role) only of his group including himself


Task creation
If you need to add a new task go to Task section first. Click on the "Create task" and fill in the required fields in the new page that just opens and save the changes.
How to change task status
Go to Task section and click on the task's status you need to change. Choose a new status from the drop-down menu..
How to create a task template
Go to Task section first. Click on "Create task'' button and then click on the ''Template'' in the new page that just opens.

Fill in new fields and click on the ''Add' button.

Use the task template to save time in the future for creating a new task.
How to create a checklist for the cleaning staff
Go to the Checklist section first. Click on the ''New'' button and enter the title. Now in the left section enter location and on the right sections what needs to be done. For example:
Save changes.
Also you can add previously created checklist into a task. So you need to answer ''yes'' or ''no'' on the questions from the checklist while working with it.

If you need to set another task (or add a comment) while working with a checklist it can be done directly from this page.
Task statistics
Now set the Early check-in and Late check-out rule. Click on the "Continue" button after that.
To check the statistics go to Statistics section, set dates and groups. The system displays data that can be export to Excel.
Settings
You may change module settings in the Settings section. Also you may create a new notification rule. For example:
Fill in the required fields in the new page that just opens and save the changes.
You can edit this rule or create another one anytime.
Mass task distribution
In order to massively distribute rooms for the cleaning staff go to Locations section first. Choose rooms and click on the ''New cleaning'' button. Fill in the required fields in the new page that just opens and save the changes.
